My executive coaching approach was formed primarily through my IMD training: Care to Dare and I have specialized in business coaching and career coaching. Leadership Development
Unfortunately, leadership development is boring for many people. But it doesn't have to be. In a safe environment and through experimental experience, you or your leadership team will learn how to successfully lead yourself, other people, and organizations and institutions. In leadership development, I focus on Howard Gardner's definition: "Leadership is the ability to create a story that affects the thoughts, actions and feelings of others." I will go through a customized process with your team that is based on Lencioni's "5 Dysfunctions of a team".
