In a safe environment and through experimental experience, you or your leadership team will learn how to successfully lead yourself, other people, and organizations and institutions. In leadership development, I focus on Howard Gardner's definition: "Leadership is the ability to create a story that affects the thoughts, actions and feelings of others."
