General Terms and Conditions for Coaching and Training in Zurich

1. Scope
   These terms and conditions regulate the business conditions between Dr. Daniel Neubauer, a coach in Zurich, and the client. They apply to service contracts in accordance with the legal provisions of the Swiss Code of Obligations. The subject of the contract is the provision of the agreed services, not the guarantee of a specific result.

2. Services and subject matter of the contract
   Dr. Daniel Neubauer offers coaching and advice in professional and private decision-making situations as well as training in professional and leadership skills. Other services include methods for relaxation, self-awareness and cognitive restructuring.

3. Offers and Fees
   Offers are non-binding and can be adjusted. Fees are calculated according to the coaching or consulting agreement. Additional costs, such as travel or material costs, are invoiced separately.

4. Appointment cancellations
   Agreed appointments are binding. Cancellations or rescheduling are possible free of charge up to 2 working days before the appointment. After that, 50% of the fee will be charged. In the event of a no-show, the full fee will be due.

5. Force majeure and other impediments to performance
   In the event of force majeure or other obstacles such as illness or accident, appointments may be postponed. Alternative appointments will be offered, but there is no entitlement to reimbursement of travel or other costs.

6. Copyright and Confidentiality
   All documents provided are protected by copyright and are intended for the client's personal use only. Dr. Daniel Neubauer maintains the confidentiality of all information obtained during the coaching process.

7. Liability
   Liability for coaching activities is excluded to the extent permitted by law. The client bears full responsibility for himself and his actions inside and outside of the coaching sessions.

8. Client's duty to cooperate
   Coaching is based on cooperation and mutual trust. The client is responsible for his or her change work and should participate actively.

9. Right of withdrawal
   As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason, provided that the service has not yet been provided.

10. Data protection
    Personal data will be treated confidentially in accordance with the GDPR and used exclusively for contract processing.

11. Intellectual Property
    The material provided may not be reused or distributed without written consent.

12. Adjustments to the General Terms and Conditions
    The General Terms and Conditions may be adjusted due to legal or content changes.

13. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
    The place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland. Swiss law applies.
